Only a purchase made on the Mandk website, within a 7-day period. Returns received after 7 days will be assessed on a case by case basis. On acceptance of the product return, we will provide the customer with either a store credit, a refund or exchange the item.
The product must be received by our warehouse in its original (new and unused) condition, in its original packaging and contain all parts and pieces. All items must be protected with sufficient packing materials to avoid transit damage. Returned items showing signs of damage, wear and tear or missing parts will not be eligible for a credit or refund.
