Refund Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
Please read our Return & Exchange Policy below for further details and information:

• We accept exchange or return within 30 days from the date of purchase. Original receipt must be presented for exchange or return.
  
  
• Item(s) being returned must be received by our warehouse in brand new, unused condition and in original packaging with all parts and pieces. The item(s) must also be protected with sufficient packing materials to avoid transit damage.
  
  
• Item(s) are delivered, no exchanges, returns, or refunds will be accepted. Any order cancellation, items are subject 50% cancellation charge.
  
  
• Products must be uninstalled and unused. We cannot accept items that have been altered, installed, or show signs of use.
  
  
• When exchanging an item, the value of the new product must be equal to or greater than the original purchase. If the exchanged item’s value exceeds the value of the original item, the customer will be required to pay the difference.
  
  
• If the value of the new item is less than the original purchase, the difference will be issued as store credits. These credits can be used for future purchases and are valid for a period of one year from the date of issuance.
  
  
• Certain items sold at marked down prices due to existing defects are not eligible for exchange or returns.
  
  
• Product(s) sold at marked down prices due to existing defects are not eligible for exchange or return.
  
  
• Product(s) sold and return are only eligible to convert as credit for exchange, no cash refund.
  
  STORAGE POLICY:
  
• MANDK PTE. LTD provides complimentary storage for all purchased items for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. This allows you to keep your items safe until you are ready for installation without incurring any rental fees.
  
  
• If storage is required beyond one year, additional charges may apply. Please contact our team to discuss extended storage options.
  
  
• MANDK PTE. LTD. reserves the rights to reject any exchange or return that do not fulfill any of the above stated requirements.
  
  
• MANDK PTE. LTD. reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
